FAQ
- What happens if there’s a problem with the insoles ordered?
- Is there a safety back up on the system to say if the scan is good enough
- how long before someone looks at the scan and confirms its wasn’t good enough to make the cast?
If the insoles are not made as requested then they will be remade FOC. If minor alterations are required these will be done locally
Yes, if the scan received is not suitable we will be informed by the manufacturer. Practitioners do not have to do the scan themselves, they can still do cast/impression. If they do do a structure sensor scan then clinicians will need to calibrate the IPad regularly to ensure accuracy.
We will know if there are any scan/shape or spec issues and customers will be informed within 48 hours
